Visit McDonald’s restaurants across South & Central Texas to help raise funds for local 100 Clubs on March 29, 2024.
The 100 Club Heart of Texas welcomes our new Executive Director, Brent Stroman. Brent served in the Waco Police Department for 39 years and as Chief for 8 years until 2016. He began formation of the 100 Club in 2010, while serving as Chief working with Sheriff Larry Lynch, Chief Yost Zakhary and Chief Dennis Stapleton. Brent served on the first Board of Advisors for the Club, when it was incorporated in 2012. Also, he has served as an elected Board Member since 2016. “I’m honored to serve in this position and value the trust the Board has placed in me. We’ve built a great organization and have responded and served our police and fire in McLennan County when presented with a need. Our mission and our members are important to the Board, and to me, and I pledge to continue working to grow and strengthen our Club for our mission going forward.” Brent said. Board President Link Harris said the Board is fortunate to have Brent available and willing to serve as our Executive Director, and we look forward to working with him as we support our mission and serve our police and fire first responders.

All donations collected between March 15, 2024 and March 31, 2024 will be given to a McLennan County first responder agency by way of a drawing to be held on April 3, 2024.
The 100 Club Heart of Texas (100 Club) is excited to announce a new initiative to assist the families of our McLennan County first responders.
The 100 Club Heart of Texas has had an amazing year despite issues which capture national attention and appear in the headlines.
We invite our McLennan County community and our 100 Club Members to join in support of Waco Fire Lieutenant Jared Pankonien and is family as they cope with the total loss of their home and contents due to a fire.
Local 100 Club is working with law enforcement and the community to help
with the financial needs of the Roberts family.
The Board of Directors of the 100 Club Heart of Texas announce the selection of Brent Stroman as the Club’s new Executive Director.
The 100 Club Heart of Texas is deeply saddened for the family of Texas DPS Trooper Chad Walker and our Texas Department of Public Safety family.
We welcome Rich Andreucci as the new Chief of Police for the City of Robinson. He comes to McLennan County from the Sunset Valley Police Department in Travis County.
Chief Sheryl Victorian is a native Texan and a 28-year police professional. She was sworn in as Waco Police Chief on March 15, 2021, after retiring as an Assistant Chief from the Houston Police Department.
Retired Waco Police Chief Brent Stroman has been appointed to serve as Interim Executive Director until the Board votes to confirm his selection at the March Board meeting.
With some of the groundwork laid, Waco Police Chief Brent Stroman met with his Executive Staff in 2010 and began discussions on establishing a 100 Club for Waco Police Officers.
